Because it's not apples to apples. Wood is NOT a perfect product and like people, no two boards are alike. I am dismayed by negative comments online, especially ones calling out specific individuals. Whatever happened to calling a supervisor and discussing an issue? Andre, take this as a learning lesson that you just can't please everyone. All that matters is you do your best... which I believe from past experience you definitely do. Yoder's keep up the great work that you do!
